When you sign up for service with Call of Doody, your online request will be processed within 1-2 business days. We will schedule your appointment for the next available time slot that we have available for your requested service. You may access this information through your customer portal. We will also send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you signed up for service with. On the day of your service, Call of Doody will send you a text message when we are on our way to your property. When we arrive, we will scoop your yard. If you have a gate with a lock, please make sure we have access to your yard. If we arrive and we cannot access your yard, due to a locked gate or an aggressive dog in the yard, your service will be skipped, and you will be charged for the visit.
With Call of Doody LLC there are no contracts*. We want your business because you love our service; not because you are forced to keep it. We bill on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your service at any time through your customer portal, by email or by phone prior to the next billing cycle.

FOR ONE TIME CLEANS
The minimum charge for a one-time clean-up is billed at the time the appointment is scheduled. If the appointment takes more than the scheduled 60-minute time block, then an additional fee will be billed at the time the service is completed, at a rate of $1 per minute. Our goal is to be in and out in 60 minutes or less; but the number of dogs, yards larger than 1/4 acre and waste that has been accumulating for more than 2-3 months can affect the time it takes to clean your yard.
FOR REGULAR SERVICE
Our services are billed monthly on the FIRST of the month in advance of service (1st of April for the month of April, May 1st for May, etc...).
For those starting regular scoop service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be billed for the initial clean up and the remaining scoop days in the month. You will start the regular billing cycle the 1st of the next month. All accounts are required to have an active credit card on file for automatic billing purposes. If your payment is declined for any reason on the 1st of the month, your service will pause until the payment information has been updated on your account. All accounts that are placed on hold for billing issues will be subject to a $15 late fee if not resolved by the end of business on the 5th day of the month.
Call of Doody LLC has a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY that we take very seriously. If you are EVER unhappy with a service call, contact us within 24 hours of when your service was completed, and we will send out a supervisor to conduct a yard assessment. Your account will be flagged with notes to avoid an issue in the future. At that time we will also re-clean your yard for free!
